        Jonathan is a corporate lawyer specialising in cross border corporate mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures and foreign direct investments.

        Jonathan is a Director in the corporate team and has experience in cross border mergers, acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures (in a variety of sectors including, but not limited to hospitality, technology, manufacturing, energy, retail and F&B), private equity transactions and foreign direct investment acting for multi-nationals, government agencies, SME’s and ultra-high net worth individuals (including notable Dubai and Middle-Eastern based families).

        Jonathan is an English qualified solicitor who relocated from London to Dubai.

        He possesses a range of experience in corporate/commercial related and cross border transactions and also acted as General Counsel for a large hospitality group across Southern Africa. He is a member of the Law Society and British Business Group Dubai & Northern Emirates.

        Jonathan was also a member of the Honourable Artillery Company in the City of London and has focus and interests within the defense & national security sectors.
